An early interest in all things food was instilled in Megan by her travels. After graduating from Butler University with a degree in International Studies and Spanish, Megan realized her dream of attending the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in London, England. Not only was she exposed to some of the finest cuisine in Europe but she also earned a Grand Diplome de Cuisine et Patissrie. The highest achievement available.
From London Megan moved to Chicago to work under the expert tutelage of Bravo’s first female Top Chef, Stephanie Izard, at the world famous Girl and the Goat Restaurant. Megan was on the opening team in 2018 to open the newest concept, Cabra, a Peruvian restaurant.
In the wake of Covid, Megan returned to Cincinnati and worked at various restaurants before moving on to work on Superyachts in the Caribbean. She has cooked for the rich, famous, and demanding in challenging situations which has strengthened her culinary skills.
